J. Elizabeth Cogan Molino
Lizzie Molino primarily represents clients in upstream oil and gas transactions, with a focus on acquisitions and divestitures of oil and gas properties and project development. She has experience negotiating and drafting a broad spectrum of agreements, including purchase and sale agreements, joint operating agreements, joint venture agreements, exploration and development agreements, seismic acquisition agreements and other agreements related to the development of oil and gas assets in domestic and foreign jurisdictions. Lizzie serves on the Advisory Board of the Institute for Energy Law.
Prior to joining Cogan & Partners, Lizzie was a senior associate in the Global Projects Group of Baker Botts LLP. Prior to that, she was Associate General Counsel for Seven Networks, Inc. in Redwood City, CA where she co-handled all legal matters for a software company of 120 employees. Before law school Lizzie worked in Buenos Aires, Argentina, as a legal assistant in the law firm of Beccar Varela.
